We hope that all of our products meet your expectation and arrive without any defects. We suggest you check your products upon arrival to before removing any labels or disposing of any packaging.
We only refund or exchange products if they are defective so if you have any concerns please let us know via email as soon as possible. You have 30 days to return the item unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, and we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us as soon as it is possible with your concerns.
Refunds or Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved you may decide whether to receive a refund or exchange for a replacement product.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be couriered to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take a few days to clear.
Next, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received it, flick us an email and we will sort it out.
To return your product, you should courier your product to: 19 Arawa Road, RD6, Te Puke 3186. If the product is defective we will refund the shipping costs upon receipt.
We suggest shipping goods using tracked couriers to ensure we receive it. Replacements will only be sent once we receive the original defective item.
