Weyermann Abbey is a highly aromatic malt. It adds deep-amber to red-brown color, maltiness, body, and mouthfeel to finished beer. Abbey malt produces an intense malt aroma with notes of honey, nuts and chocolate. Perfect for use in many Belgian and Abbey beer styles.
