This yeast is recommended to brew a diverse range of beers to give the Belgian characteristics of a trappist ale.
It ferments very fast, reveals subtle and well-balanced aromas, and has an alcohol tolerance up to 11%. To maintain the aromatic profile at the end of the fermentation, Fermentis recommend cropping the yeast as soon as possible after fermentation.
