Bell’s Two Hearted Clone

A clone recipe of Bell’s Two Hearted Ale, scaled to a 6 gallon all-grain/grainfather recipe pack.

Bell’s Two Hearted Ale is a Centennial hop bomb. It uses all Centennial hops in the kettle, with a combination of Cascade and Centennial in the dry hop.

This recipe pack will give you a good understanding of the amazing flavours that Centennial contributes to a beer.

The following is based on 75% efficiency:
Original Gravity: 1.066
Color (EBC): 14.2
Alcohol by Volume: 6.5%
IBU: 65

The full recipe pack contains all of the malt and individually vacuum sealed hop additions for a fermentation volume of 23L (6 gallons). The expected final packaging volume is 19L (5 gallons).

Please note, kit does not include yeast. We recommend either:
2x S-04
2x M42
WLP002 with an appropriate sized starter
