Gladfield Kolsch


Gladfield’s Kolsch recipe, scaled down to a 6 gallon all-grain/grainfather recipe pack.

A kolsch is a clean, crisp ale that originated in Cologne, Western Germany.

The following is based on 70% efficiency:
Original Gravity: 1.047
Color (EBC): 7.0
Alcohol by Volume: 4.6%
IBU: 14.4

The full recipe pack contains all of the malt and individually vacuum sealed hop additions for a fermentation volume of 23L (6 gallons). The expected final packaging volume is 19L (5 gallons).
