Weyermann Melanoidin Malt adds a deep-amber to red-brown color, an intense maltiness, mouthfeel and notes of honey and biscuit to your finished beer.
Melanoidin malt is good to use in darker beers such as Red Ale, Dark Ale, Scottish Ale and can be up to 20% of your grain bill.
