Munich Malt T2 (Weyermann)
German malted Munich Type 2 (dark) is perfect for adding body and malt aroma especially in darker beers. The maltsters suggest it is great to use in Dark Lager, Stout, October and Amber Ales. It can be used as a specialty malt or up to 100% of your grain bill.
