Rye Malt (Gladfield)
Rye malt provides a smooth biscuit-like, almost oily, rye component to finished beer. It has a strong emphasis on typical rye aroma and is malty-sweet with notes of bread and honey. Typically used to make rye ales, using between 10-50% of the grain bill.
