Torrefied Wheat (Thomas Fawcetts)

Thomas Fawcetts Torrified Wheat is a specialty adjunct used primarily for head retention. It imparts a little biscuity flavour and dilutes nitrogen. The maltster suggests using up to 10% in ale or stout grain bills.
