WLP566 – Belgian Saison II Ale Yeast


Saison strain with a more fruity ester production than WLP565. Moderately phenolic with a clove-like characteristic in finished beer flavor and aroma. Ferments faster than WLP565.

Our liquid yeasts are shipped with an ice pack to keep your yeast cool during transit. We recommend for them to be purchased before Thursday to ensure they aren’t stuck in a courier warehouse over the weekend.
