Flaked Wheat (Harraways)

Flaked Wheat is traditionally cleaned wheat that has been steamed and rolled into flat flakes under heavy rollers.

It gives typical wheat flavour, colour and aroma, and is free of preservatives and additives.

As well as being popular for adding mouthfeel and creaminess to stouts, flaked wheat is also effective for adding body to low alcohol beers.
