Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom)


Food grade Magnesium Sulfate, or Epsom Salt, for water adjustment.

It slightly lowers mash pH and adds sulfate and magnesium ions to brewing water. It is typically used to add sulfates to your brewing water when you want to add sulfate without extra calcium (Gypsum adds calcium and sulfates).

Available in three sizes:
– 500g (plastic container pictured)
– 1kg (zip-lock bag)
– 5kg (screw top plastic container)
